These apps can be as detailed as setting up the travel from the airport to the hotel to the restaurant, to booking tours and spa appointments.
One other note, the best place to search and research your travel apps for an upcoming trip ISN'T the app store directly. I recommend checking out the functionality, comparing them and the reviews of the apps from an online search engine.
