Beauty: An Interview with Model Legan Collins

Legan Collins is one of the models here in town (Charlotte, NC) that I call one of "my girls". My girls are my favorite models to work with, because they are kind and lovely and fun to be around. Like Legan, the girls are all beautiful, but their inner beauty shines just as brightly.

I thought you might enjoy hearing what these gals have to say about makeup, modeling and more.
Dani Lazaro: How long have you been modeling?

Legan Collins: I have been modeling for less than a year, but I have been performing as a Belly Dancer for several years now.

Lazaro: There's no arguing the fact that you are gorgeous, but what makes you feel beautiful?

Collins: I really like to keep my skin clean, clear and moisturized. It makes me feel good about my appearance.

Lazaro: I am completely obsessed with your hair! What do you think is your best feature?

Collins: Definitely my eyes! Thanks Mom! :)

Lazaro: Any makeup products you're currently in love with?

Collins: I love Dr. Feelgood by Benefit Cosmetics. It makes my skin feel great. I have a tendency towards oily skin, so it makes for an excellent primer.

Lazaro: What one makeup item can you not live without?

Collins: A good mascara! I have naturally blonde lashes, so I like to darken them up with Lights, Camera, Lashes by Tarte.

Lazaro: Who is your personal beauty icon?

Collins: Blake Lively! I love her take on a fun, fresh look. She always has a natural element to it.
