Small Ways To Add Some Luxury To Your Vacation

Not all of us can afford luxury travel. However, there may still be small ways of adding touches of luxury to your trip. Here are just a few ways to make your vacation that little bit more lavish.

Upgrade your airport transport
When traveling to the airport, don’t settle for a taxi or a lift from a friend. Hiring a limousine to get you to the airport could kick your vacation off in style. Or you could hire limousine services to pick you up from the airport when you reach your destination. If you do some research, you may find that a private car is comparable in price to a taxi. So, you can really afford to go for it!

Go all inclusive
All-inclusive vacations allow everything to be bought as a package including flights, accommodation and even food and drink when you get there. Not having to pay or worrying about having enough cash for food and drinks while on the road can take the stress out of budgeting while on vacation. And having your flight and accommodation as a package can take the stress out of the booking process as you can one-and-done it.

Fly business class
Upgrading to first class could be a little too expensive for some people. However, there may still be the option of business class when traveling to some destinations – this is cheaper than first class while still offering many of the luxuries such as extra legroom and better food/drink options. If you don’t like flying, upgrading your flight could also make the experience much more relaxing. Business class flights are often cheaper if you’re prepared to fly at less popular time, like the first flight of the day or a red-eye.

Treat yourself to one expensive meal
Not all of us can afford fine dining every evening. However, you deserve to treat yourself to at least one fancy meal throughout the duration of your vacation. If you’re staying somewhere all-inclusive, you’ll have more spending money to spend on eating and drinking out. So, you could save this all for one memorable and lavish night at the best restaurant in the area.

Move to a five star hotel for one night
Always wanted to stay in a five star, but never been able to afford it? While you may not be able to go five star for the entire trip, it’s possible that you may be able to stretch to a single night. This could be perfect for the last night of your vacation – especially on a honeymoon or birthday trip. You can then stay in a budget hotel for the rest of the trip knowing that you have his luxury at the end of your vacation to look forward to.
