I made a purchase in December. By the time it got to me it was in late January. And when I received it, it was used, without a box, unlike described as a new item. So I contacted the seller via email and he sent me: Message from eBay Member Regarding Item #8740702342

I followed up numerous times asking when can I expect the refund, and now I have no communication, no money and no item. So, now its too late to process an official eBay dispute. What am I to do to recover my funds?

I'm disappointed that this happened to me. I usually boast in my expertise of this system. I'll definitely keep you posted if there is a resolve.
