How to stay fit while on the road: 3 exercises for jetsetters

Staying fit while traveling is a challenge.

The inconsistent schedule, including not fully being in control of your feeding schedule, limiting food options, etc - can make your fitness routine suffer. But, we all know that consistency- and that’s the key to success.


Well, to fight that there are two factors we know:

1. weight loss occurs with a deficiency in calories- meaning you need to burn more than you consume *of course, do this with proper diet and see your doctor for any official change in your nutritional intake

2. burst exercises are exponentially more efficient,  and can fast-track your goals, be it strength and tone or weight loss. 

The key is go as hard as you can until you can’t anymore. Fatigue the muscles, take a break, then go again.
