Beauty Daily Tip: Tame the Frizz with this Tip

There are very few people I know who don't have some texture to their hair.
So there's tips are for nearly EVERYONE!
A quick fix to your hair frizz problem...unless, of course, you want the frizz...

Aloe vera treatment can help give a shine and soft texture that makes frizzy hair manageable.
  • Simply get some aloe vera gel and apply it on your scalp and locks before you step out. This settles the hair as it works like hair gel and also forms a protective layer to prevent dirt, etc to settle on the hair. The gel also makes your hair look less dry.
  • The moisturizing effect of aloe vera works even better when used in combination with other ingredients.
    • You can make a paste with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 4 tablespoons of aloe vera gel and 3 tablespoons of curd and leave this on your hair for about half an hour.
    • Or, you could collect a few hibiscus flowers, grind to a thick paste and to 2 teaspoons of this, and mix in half a cup of aloe vera gel and one teaspoon of olive oil.
    • Apply the pack for an hour before washing your hair with a mild shampoo.

Some more basic tips to take out the frizz from your hair:
  • Use a good conditioner.
  • Don’t wash your hair too much or use strong shampoos. (I only wash my hair once a week most times.)
  • Limit the use of styling tools which make the hair drier. This include hair dryers. Use them on a low setting and from a distance if you really have to blow-dry hair.
  • Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle your strands as it get rids of static which means less frizz and dryness.
  • Trim your hair on a regular basis (say every two months) to get rid of the split-ends and also to calm the frizz.
  • Don’t aggressively rub your strands with a towel. This will create more friction making them frizzier. Just pat the hair or twist up and let air dry.
