I'm not proposing anything crazy - I'm against fad diets, starving oneself, taking pills, etc. But I do have a few tricks up my sleeve that typically help me attain a more bikini-worthy belly.
Got three weeks? Try this along with our team!
Week One: Cut out all sodas/soft drinks/flavored drinks (i.e. fruit punch, sweet tea), and replace them with water.
This includes diet sodas, which are actually an unknown culprit that lead to weight gain (as well as being full of dangerous neuro-toxins)
Make sure you're drinking 8 glasses of water a day.
Week Two: Add lemon to your water. Lemon water helps detox your body and aids proper digestion. Bonus - it tastes great!
Week Three: Cut out white flour and sugar
Refined white flours and sugars are now known to have many negative effects on the body, including weight gain. After one week without these in your system, you might be surprised to find yourself with quite a bit more energy!

I LOVE that you kept your list to 3 points. I have seen so many of these that struggle to stop at 10 EASY tips for weight loss. 10 anything is not easy. 3 I can do.
