High speed chases, super fly cars and sexy Bond girls, Skyfall has all that you love and expect from a 007 movie.

In this latest installment of 007, played the third time by Daniel Craig, he does not disappoint in his role as the famed British spy. He’s vulnerable and proves to doubters why we need a dated character like 007 in this day and age. His loyalty to M is tested as someone from both their pasts comes back to haunt them...and bring them down.

Celebrating 50 years of this series, director Sam Mendes, nailed it in a way that give homage to both classic and new Bond. The template for these films has been set for ages now, so you can expect an opening scene that gets right into the action: gunfights, high speed chases and the introduction of at least one bond girl. This time it’s Naomie Harris as Eve. She’s smart, easy on the eyes and helps out Bond when he needs it. So...nothing new there.

The other Bond girl is Sévérine, played by French actress Bérénice Marlohe. They play up this beauty’s exotic looks to fit the bill as a gorgeous Chinese prostitute.

To round out the 007 allies, you of course have his boss M, played by Judi Dench. Prepare yourselves to experience a surprise with M this time around. And Bond’s wonder boy, gadget guru is Q, played by Ben Whishaw.

Javier Bardem is hardly recognizable as he brilliantly plays the antagonist, Silva. He’s witty and both likeable and unlikeable in his role. He’ll likely go down as one of the great Bond villains.

Also in James Bond movie fashion, there’s a highly artistic movie/credits introduction to the film. The soundtrack sound “Skyfall” is sung beautifully by Adelle. The combination of the artistic video and the song gave me amazing chills.

Not only did the pictures cinematically look good, but, as expected, the actors are impeccably dressed...of course, to match their fast and expensive cars.

The good guys are represented as British Intelligence, Mi6; and of course their mission is to stop the bad guys. The fight scenes were choreographed to look almost like a dance. If you love comic book movies, this has that cheeky feel at times.

You will also learn what the title of the movie, Skyfall, means.

This movie is sure to be embraced as one of the best Bonds by loyal fans worldwide and will leave them wanting the next one.
