Events: Coca Cola Celebrates 100 Years of the Coke Bottle
A last minute invite to a Coke event was totally worth it!
Good thing I'm spontaneous...and my friends are too!
but there was this amazing international event at the High Museum of Art.
Literally...I met folks from Russia, Serbia, Germany, Italy.
It was also filled with Hollywood celebrities who were in town because they were shooting their TV shows and movies.
Kate Bosworth (currently filming "90 Minutes in Heaven"), Joe Manganiello (True Blood), and Dania Ramirez (Devious Maids) are the ones I spotted.
They were all in formal wear and semi-formal...I was in my "uniform": a flowy blouse, jeans and boots. (I mean, if only I wore heels...it would have made such a difference.)
The Coca-Cola Bottle: An American Icon at 100 exhibit was previewed at the museum.
There were beautiful art displays of over 14,000 pieces of the iconic Coke bottle, including a room full of works by Andy Warhol.

There was also an performance by Pharell protégé, Francesco Yates, of his debut song “Nobody Like You” (Yates will be the voice of the Coca-Cola contour bottle’s 100th year)
Here's my video of the event.
Got a tip? Let us know and we'll post it here!
