How to be Zen as F*%k

Soooo many memes out there joking about anxiety, right? We are SUCH a high stress society these days, trying to be all things to all people. (Do you read me, supermoms?)

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately, because I can be high strung myself - which is why I’ve decided to share my best tips for how to chill.

Create a Meditation Space:

It’s hard to relax when you have chaos all around you. Dedicate a place in your home that is off limits to noise and clutter. As you can see from the photo from my house, it doesn’t need to be a large space - just cozy and calm, surrounded by things that invoke a sense of peace. Sit. Relax. Enjoy.

Yoga:

According to the Mayo Clinic, “Yoga may help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower your heart rate”.

Brittney Isphording (pictured above) completed her yoga training at Yoga Mystica in Goa, India. She says, “I recommend yoga as a way to find your Zen because our brains are always running in the same rat race and yoga gives us a moment to put a pause on that game. When you give your mind escape from its normal hustle and bustle you hear solutions to problems that were just too quiet for you to notice before. You will make your anxiety realize that you won’t explode if you lay for ten minutes on the floor in silence.”

Essential oils:

Multiple studies note that lavender has both relaxation effects and may improve certain health conditions (note: always speak with your physician first). Other mood boosting oils include: lime, ylang ylang, basil, and sandalwood, to name a few. Because essential oils are very on trend, they’re easy to obtain.

  1. This is the best time to think about how you will utilize your ideal logo plan. A decent business logo configuration speaks to each part of your business yet stays basic and effectively understandable like the UniLever logo. An expert logo is the ideal advertising apparatus, it says easily everything your organization represents.

  2. I study at the full-time department of the university and work, in principle, it turns out to combine work and study, problems start only because of abstracts and essays, there is no time to write them, downloading something from the Internet is fraught, the teachers check everything for uniqueness, one thing remains - to be friends with such services https://topswriting.com/review/essaywriter like this one, in our country, one way or another, almost half of the group turned to them, and for all of them they did unique work! Experts really work here. In general, I am happy that I save time, I have not only work, but also student life.
