FOR THOSE WHO PREFER TO READ THE STEPS, HERE THEY ARE:

Materials needed:
* t-shirt
*scissors

Starting with the oversized tee

Cut off the collar

Then cut the hem of the sleeves

Cut about 1-inch strips on the sleeves

Stretch to make the fringe

Next, remove a chunk from the bottom of the t-shirt
Place to the side for later (do not discard)
*how much to remove varies, depending on how long you want the shirt

Fold the shirt in half and cut down the side, all the way up to the sleeve

Use one side the scissors to punch holes along the side of the tee
Place the t-shirt aside for later
*measure about a thumbs-length in space

Now, with the bottom part of that you cut earlier, cut two strips
Then cut only one side, of each strip, to make an two extra long strips

Stretch like you did for the fringe, but to make "shoe strings"

Finally, lace the shoe strings through the holes you punched through the shirt, then tie it at the end

Voila! Your new and improved t-shirt is ready to wear!
